1) I want to become member. Click on the button "Register" of the right box and fill up the form. You will have access to the all parts of FLALE. Your address and the others personnal informations are not necessary to become member. You can also click here. 2) I forget my password. You can recover it while giving your email. It will be sent to you. Click here If you don't remember of your email, signal the problem here and give us your informations. 3) Problems logging on/out. On the first right box : Loggin on : In the first field, write your email, in the second your password. Loggin out : Click in logout to the same box, the loggin is disactivated. Try to loggin on with Internet Explorer if you use other browser. If you have a program error, please contact me here. 4) How do I correct, change or remove my profile/message? You can only leave one message to FLALE. But you can modify it as well as your profile. For that, you must be login, a new page will be displaying for going to your account. You can also click to "My account" in all pages of FLALE. It's under the main menu. 5) Is there a fee to join FLALE? There is absolutely NO cost or fee to join FLALE or contact our members. 6) If I participate in FLALE will you keep my information confidential? Yes, nobody can see your surname, email and password. Your address and others personnal informations are not necessary to become member. If you receive mails of others sites than flale, that's spaming. 7) How long do profiles last? Profiles remain until you delete them. If a profile has been dormant for a very long period of time, it may be automatically deactivated. 8) I tried submitting my profile but I keep getting error messages. Please contact me here with your problem. 9) I submitted my profile but it's not listed yet, why? Please contact me here with your problem. The save is immediate. 10) I have a profile but no one has emailed me, why? FLALE has just been born! Wait a little again! Or update your message for actualize the date. You can try to contact people! 11) I need an email address to participate? Yes, that's the base of FLALE! 12) How can I contact people? Search your future friend in our database (here), click in "CONTACT" and write your message. 13) How will people contact me? As last answer...It is the only possibility. 14) When the cursor roll over a text, a new text appear. It's normal! For help the beginners of French, the French text appear on the English text. 15) How can I do to listen the sounds? You must have installed flash player 6 on your computer. If it's installed, when you see 
, move the cursor on the picture, it will change and play a sound.You must sometimes wait for some seconds for the start of the streaming. Install Flash Player 16) The display is not fast. The interface of FLALE is normally saved by your browser for a fast display. If you must waiting for longtime, verify that you didn't disactivated the "temporary internet files" in the options of your browser. 17) Characters help. If you are trying to view a page in languages as Japanese and it looks like the characters are incorrect, configure your browser to the French language. Try to not fill up the form of register with characters not making part of the Latin alphabet. For more information on configuring your browser or operator system, visit the manufacturer's website: Microsoft Windows Microsoft Internet Explorer Netscape Apple 18) Flash help. It's possible that the interface bugging if you don't use Internet Explorer. If you can't see the menus, you must Install Flash Player. 19) Navigator help. FLALE is compatible with Internet Explorer. If you use Netscape Communicator, some bugs are referenced like problems with the interface or identification. Try to use Internet Explorer and all your problems will disappear!
